“We Have A List” — The Left Smells Blood

“We Have A List” — The Left Smells Blood

WARNING: The COVID project announced record testing, which leads to record “cases”, i.e. positives. The may move to mandatory quarantines in some places because of the political situation using the doom as an excuse.

That’s a screenshot of Jenny Rubin’s tweet, in case she deletes it. Which I don’t guess she will. The smell of power has overwhelmed her ability to reason.

This next tweet, however, will self-destruct in 7 days (dead of the coronadoom):

https://twitter.com/FamedCelebrity/status/1324879450115207169

(Reads: “Add me to the list, sweetheart. I’ll come by your place and pick it up.”)

Reader awildgoose highlighted these tweets in a comment yesterday, but here they here again to emphasize them.

The second picture links to the The Trump Accountability Project, which boldly states “We must never forget those who furthered the Trump agenda.” This was founded, another tweet said, by a former Buttghey staffer. They vow public lists of enemies will be forthcoming.

One of the replies to this tweet quotes from BAP’s book, the same quote, incidentally, I pulled months ago.

Judges are being put on the list:

Some midget who worked for Clinton, another blue check named Reich or something, called for a Truth and Reconciliation Committee to deal with Trumpers.

This isn’t Reich being short-tempered or flying off the handle in a moment of passion; some on the left have been calling for this idea for years. In May 2018, Kevin Baker wrote an extremely lengthy cover piece in The New Republic calling for one after the Trump era, but at least he acknowledged that the election of a president who drove one side of the aisle crazy with outrage was not the traditional situation that required this kind of commission…

Even the Chicago Tribune became sarcastic over the idea.

Chew on the chilling, delicious irony as Joe Biden tells us he wants to heal the nation while pundits of the left, backing Biden, seek tribunals. There’s nothing like punishing your opponents in the name of national healing, non?

Or is that, oui?

The coup/color revolution that our side has been warning about is progressing in exactly the ways it was predicted to go.

The next step, already underway, is for the media and Democrats to start gaslighting the fraud. Not just deny it, but claim it never happened, not this year, not any year, not here not any where. They’ll say it’s impossible (after I wrote that, I discovered this). Only the insane and immoral claim voter fraud.

They’ll do this with active cooperation of the cucks in the Big Con and neo-conmen media and their elected ilk. And they’ll also get the passive cooperation of those scared to see their names on the enemies list.

The left has always had these lists, though not always formally. Not written on paper, I mean. Purges having been going on for some time, as regular readers know well. This will be the first time in some years where physical, public lists will not only be compiled behind doors, but broadcast.

Today Paul Revere would be shouting the Democrats are coming, the Democrats are coming.

They are the party of mayhem, of lies, of abortion, of election theft, of fake pandemics, of Nazi like control, of evil, of the devil.

It remains to be seen if America is up to the task or righting our Nation which has seriously gone off the rails. Something also the line Americans—mostly in large cities–have placed their faith in Man and not in God. As a nation we must return to God and do His will. If we don’t our situation will get worse faster.

We are now on the threshold of doom. Only a return to God can save us.

In Venezuela, Chávez had “la lista Tascón”, “the Tascón list”, Tascón was a “congress man” of the Chávez regime. From the list, the most notorious cassualty, I mean, literally, was Tascón, who was sent to the other world like one year after he launched his list. You can expect, also, media figures, contributing in this disaster, falling from grace. In fact, soon enough, there will be purges in the media, at least, and I mean main stream media and “at least” people losing jobs, but you can wait for more… Very soon, their wickedness will become unpopular, I call that “the exorcism”, people waking up from the socialust dream, but, then, It might be too late: I HOPE IT’S NOT!!!!!!!!!

  3. There is no law, only Zuul.
    There will be war.

Which houses in your neighborhood had Biden or BLM signs?

  4. I’ve no doubt there are some reading this who can’t conceive that there are those of us who equally despise these list-makers and people like Briggs and his racist heroes. I wonder what aspect of his imagined future overlords causes him to tremble more? Their haircuts or their “mulatta” nature?

  5. Bobcat

My similar thoughts too Mike and Carlos about Briggs post here… this sounds like nazism or national socialism or just any type of socialist government or government with socialist tendencies.

What really ticks me off is the chaos and disorderliness of this election. There is and has been, of course, voter fraud going on in favor for the democrat party. I’ve heard from one source that idiot George Soros spend 34 billion dollars in effort to fudge the election. At any rate, it’s clear one way or another that this rigging has been pre-planned. But apart from whether the election will be fairly dealt with and a presidential candidate fairly elected, about half of America or a good portion of it will feel that it has been rigged against their favor or at least that the elections results are going to be questionable. If Biden wins, the Trump supporters might think or suspect that the election was at least questionable because of all the cheating already uncovered. If Trump wins, much of the illiberal left and lamestream media will automatically assume that the election was rigged against their favor as they always assume to be the case regardless of whether it really was done fairly or not. I mean the lamestream media kept running with this tomfoolery that Trump stole the last election through Russian hacking even though there never was any evidence for it. So as a result we will have an even more divided country when this is all over thanks to all the monkeyshine.

Another thing, and it’s another insight that’s coming under the light here, is that we ought to stick with “election day” and not “election season” with mail in votes weeks or even months before election day. For one thing, collecting votes on election day or very nearly within that time frame helps avoid votes getting lost in the mail or lost track in counting or perhaps voter fraud. On top of it, it helps avoid this problem that we had with people who voted early wanting to change their vote because they later heard of the scandal of Biden’s son.
I, of course, don’t know very much about this scandal of Hunter Biden and I didn’t care to look into it, because I just figured with simple commonsense that Joe Biden was already automatically disqualified for being a possible presidential candidate with him having dementia. And all serious considerations about the mental health of a person is not “mere politics” and “ad homs” as the illiberal media tends to reduce all such serious considerations as such.

One way or another, this election will be remembered as one of the most disorganized, problematic elections in our history. Uhhhhggg!

  6. Sheri

Carlos: I do think it is probably too late.

McChuck: No one was insane enough to put a Biden or BLM sign in my neighborhood. (There were confederate flags until about a year ago.) The insane have not moved here and probably will not. You actually have to be able to live without entertainment, no cities, etc. It’s cold, windy and nasty.

    All
One of two things will happen with people like Jennifer:
    1. The stupid sheep of America past will end up as mutton because they “frankly don’t give a damn” or
    2. Jennifer will be scrubbing floors in some quaint Mexican town where no one cares who she is or what papers she has as long as she keep scrubbing the floors.
    My bet is on 1.

So start “The Biden Accountability Project” on one of the site conservatives started to overcome the progressives. If there are no such sites, then conservatives deserve such treatment. (I think conservatives just like to whine about everything. Action is beyond them.)

As with #MeToo, this works both ways. Anybody remember #MeToo? Thought not. If a few brave folks (and thank goodness for a couple of Hollywood guys who love to tweet, plus one brave woman who may yet save the lazy people in this country, not that America necessarily deserves it) fight back, this vanishes like the #MeToo. Progressives hate push back. Fortunately, most of the country never provides any.

Don’t worry about the sexual perverts. The Caliphate will end them.

It can all be stopped if people want it to be and will ACT. I still do no believe Americans WANT to be free. They want poverty and hell. ALL EVIDENCE says so. They have the power. They refuse to use it. IE, THEY WANT HELL ON EARTH. Failure to act is agreeing to the outcome.

  7. Sheri

Lee: Thank you for reminding me there are racist jerks planet wide. Sometimes I forget. (I was okay with your disagreement until you indicated a complete lack of intelligence by throwing racism. Then I realized you knew nothing and I wasted my time…..)

As for the lists, as I sit here filling out my name and the 800th damn password so I can buy on an internet site, I think we are already well-trained. I can’t repeat what I told the stupid woman at Home Depot about their new demand for a password. Already, if you want in a store, you wear a mask OR you have a fricking password. Simple frustration with the crushing rules indicates civil war and nastiness is bound to come.

  8. Amateur Brain Surgeon

When ABS was in 95% white Maine this past summer he saw quite a few BLM signs in a wealthy neighborhood of South Portland. All manner of relatively new huge houses, owned by liberal whites, with well-maintained lawns, featuring a BLM sign.

Most men underestimate the visceral hatred the good whites have for the bad whites.

Re-education camps for the bad whites?

That’s prolly a Bridge-to-the-future-built-by-The-Clintons too far but with China now about to reign in The White House and on social media, the mark of the beast (social credit) can not be dismissed out of hand

  9. imnobody00

    @Lee

I suspected you were a moron. Now I am sure. I took you only three lines to certify it. Of course, I won’t answer this abortion of an argument you try to express . I remember the Mark Twain quote about discussing with people like you.

  10. Nate

    The process:

    – It’s not happening.
    – Well, it might be happening, but it’s small and not enough to change anything.
    – Well, Trump deserves it.

  11. Sheri

Nate: Yes, because people used Trump to avoid any personal responsibility. Making Trump “Christ 2.0” and believing he could walk on water was, to put it bluntly, irresponsible and moronic. Thus, the process.

  12. Carlos Julio Casanova Guerra

A friend of mine who lives in Chile was vanished from facebook yesterday for posting news about the fraud. IN CHILE, like 7000 mile from Miami

    Lee Phillips”

“I’ve no doubt there are some reading this who can’t conceive that there are those of us who equally despise these list-makers and people like Briggs and his racist heroes.”

That describes old-school liberals, a familiar type; men who believed in reason, tolerance and liberty and the power of enlightened liberalism directing government to modernize and improve human life. And somehow, stupidly, this reasonable ideal has been abandoned by fanatics left and right.

I like to read the website, “Off-Guardian”, founded by readers of the liberal Guardian who are just that sort of old-school liberal, appalled at the totalitarian bent of the left while still subscribing to anti-racism, freedom of speech, and other old-school liberal notions. Is that where you’re coming from, Lee? You seem to float by here on your own personal cloud of superior anger, but if you’re old-school liberal, that’s understandable.

  14. Amateur Brain Surgeon

Maybe we ought to pause long enough to give the left some credit.

They won by cheating and now citizens can look forward to The Biden Cabinet invoking The 25th Amendment against him and then Kamal can choose Michell Obama as her VEEP.

Following the eight reign of two black women who hate White Men, Michelle can then run for POTUS with a female black VP candidate and be elected (what, you gonna vote against two black women?) and reign for another eight years

  15. To elaborate:

It doesn’t matter to me whether we wind up the the government that seems to be what Briggs wants, a proto-fascist Catholic theocracy, or the Kingdon of Wokeness that soon-to-be President Harris is itching to institute. Either one would be a regime that someone like me would be obligated to hide from, or fight. Neither would tolerate free expression; both would aspire to thought control.

  16. Jerry

The Left may have a list or two, but it’s going to be a big one.

Sheri, I think there is a will to fight this lunacy. It appears that it’s not there because the majority of us simply could not believe the brazenness of it all. Such things happen in third world countries we can’t remember the names of. Here? No way! Impossible!

    And yet….

After 4 years of constant, unending propaganda and lies fed to the American public via the reliable MSM+Fox, Trump still did better than he did 4 years ago, especially among groups that we were told was impossible – blacks and Latinos.

The BURNING STUPID we see are the most visible, loudest minority.

I’m not giving America a pass, but it has hope. The Left threw EVERYTHING they had at us this time, and may barely squeak by because of overwhelming fraud.

    HOLD THE LINE!

  17. Uncle Mike

Thank you, Jenny Rubin, for stating the obvious.

It’s on like dawn, now. The Left has thrown down the gauntlet. It is (and always was) a matter of life and death, a struggle for survival against an insanely evil foe. There is no lack of clarity about that any more.

Now is the time for discussion about tactics. Not goals, not strategy, but tactics. There is no question that our goal is to take our country back, that our strategy is unwavering resistance. The only question remaining is one of tactics.

Please try to remember that the means do not justify the ends, and there is no justice without peace. That being said, the discussion regarding tactics to overthrow the Marxists is now open.

  18. Dennis

ABS: “Most men underestimate the visceral hatred the good whites have for the bad whites,” and your anecdote about Maine…

Reminds me of the only person I’ve seen, just a couple days ago, during my many walks in various parks over these past months wearing a BLM shirt as she passed by a bench on which I had stopped to read for a while: A white woman, looked about early-to-mid 60s (and was also wearing a Covid face muzzle while walking by herself…in a sunny, wide open park – but of course). A truly frightening vision.

The evidence of fraud continues to mount (Especially some very interesting info about previous objections raised to the introduction of the “Dominion” election system and software in many places) even as the as the mainstream media pretend not to see and go about “calling” (as if their “calls” have legal force) the election for Biden to create the appearance of him being the one from whom victory is in the process of being stolen. And what was that bizarro “appearance” he made last night? Bad enough they’ve set up their podium in a Jeep lot to create the appearance of a crowd, but then they just played a video of him on a big screen and he didn’t even speak from the podium they had set up for the purpose. Utterly bizarre.

And as the posts from Rubin, AOC, and others yesterday about proscription and lustration lists indicate, there is no living with these people. One half of this country is dedicated to a political and social program of manifest evil – a neo-gnostic religious cult which denies fundamental sexual biology, the meaning of language (inventing arbitrary “pronouns” at a whim to suit their mental delusions; and I saw that midwit Ibram Kendi today claiming – right on cue, of course – that the term “legal ballot” is racist), and whose highest sacrament is the sacrifice of millions of the unborn on the altars of Moloch. These people cannot be lived with, only defeated (else face defeat and destruction oneself). The only viable option for the future is separation. “Break up the USA now!” should be the new rallying cry. The Left can separate and create a new WSA – Woke States of America.

  19. Carlos Julio Casanova Guerra

“Proto-fascist catholic”: yeah, you are the sound of reason, throwing that type of historical chimera, with some air of intellectual, who can form that kind of syntagma, such logoi. What you need is to enlighten us with some example of “fascist catholic” regime in the history of this planet, any time, any where. Then, I’ll give you 100 types of regimes in which Christians have been persecuted, begining in Ierosolyma, then Rome, Goths and other Germans, etc. Until we get to the Mexican, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Muslim, Hindu persecutions of the last 100 years… Go on brother take the challenge. I guess my name and the fact that my mom used to call me “mi negrito” prevent you from saying I’m a racist…. Go on, you wiseman, enlighten us…

  20. Win Dermere

I told you to stop using R on twitter, you didn’t listen to me

    🙂

  21. “enlighten us with some example of “fascist catholic” regime in the history of this planet”

English does not appear to be your native language, and I guess my comment might have been confusing to you. I’m pretty sure there has never been any such regime, and of course I never that that there has been.

“I guess my name and the fact that my mom used to call me “mi negrito” prevent you from saying I’m a racist”

Why on Earth would that be?

  22. Carlos Julio Casanova Guerra

OK, Lee this I don’t understand: “I’m pretty sure there has never been any such regime, and of course I never that that there has been”. I guess you don’t have a native language, I mean, if you clain English is that. In the text between quotation marks, what is the verb? You “never that that any such regime”? I like your style, you are the type that doesn’t answer the point, but tries to attack his interlocutor somehow: with me, you try to disqualify me as a racist would, I don’t understand your superior language… maybe… me lo podrías decir en Italiano, francés, ¿latín?, castellano, I still could argue with you if you did, but could you?

  23. Picking on a typo is the most pitiful form of disputation.

And I never said that my language was “superior”.

  24. Uncle Mike

No, Dennis, we don’t want to Balkanize. We want our whole country back, the entire thing, including the blue dot urban cesspools. Look at the county-by-county map. We already have 95% of the land base. We can’t split off the cities and throw them into the ocean even if we wanted to.

Tactics, people. Peaceful resistance. Here’s a starter list. Please add to it.

    1. Sell your stocks. The market is going to crash anyway. You can buy back in when it bottoms out in the next year or two or three.

    2. Stop wearing masks. If 100 million people discard their masks, they can’t arrest all of us. Let wearing a mask symbolize political affiliation. If you wear a mask, you’re a Marxist; if not, you are not. If the store won’t let you in, politely take your business elsewhere.

    3. Put up a Peaceful Resistance to Socialism sign. Be on the Loony Left’s Enemy List proudly.

    4. As always, go to church: absolutely the best form of peaceful resistance. Pray for peace and for your enemies. Nothing annoys them more than that.

    5. Boycott the cities. Don’t go there, don’t shop there, just ignore them. They are self-imploding. Let them collapse. Take in the refugees. We can send them back when the smoke clears.

    6. Don’t get mad. Don’t vow revenge. Rise above. Lead by example.

  25. Carlos Julio Casanova Guerra

Answer the point, and stop anything else. You onsult me, and, as a Christian, I have to forgive you. You attack that way the Church and the doctrine of Jesus, and, as a Christian, I’m bound to defend them. So, answer the point, where did youget the association fascism-Catholicity. The brotherhood of humanity, under one Father, the love for everyone, even your enemues, the universal forgiveness, the absolute responsibility of rulers, the separation of the spheres of government, religion and the university, of public and private, ETC. That comes from Christ… where is facism there? In Saint Francis, Saint Dominick, Don Bosco, Saint Martin of Tours, Mother Theresa, Saint Vincent of Paul, San John of God, Saint John Baptiste of Lasalle, Saint Camile of Lellis? Where? Where is the Catholic racism, in the martirs of Vietnam or in Saint Charkes Lwanga and companions or in the Japanese Saint Paul Miki, Saint Joseph Vaz of Sri Lanka? How can there be racism of a universal institution? So, answer the point, come on, you can do it Lee, I trust you

  26. You are imagining a series of things in my words that are not there. I described the type of government that Briggs seems to want. I did not say that fascism was inherent in Catholicism.

As for associating the two, that was done by the Vatican in the prelude to WWII, when they aligned themselves with the fascist movements in Spain, Italy, and Croatia. But history is complicated, and many priests resisted these movements, and especially the Nazis, and rescued many Jews.

  27. Sheri

Jerry: Interesting. The Left stood there and TOLD EVERYONE EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. Trump would win big on election day, Biden would steal the election thereafter. Almost verbatim to this. Plus, they did this in 2012 but no one stood up then. They probably even did it in 2016 but not as successfully. I understand people are blind to what they don’t want to be true, BUT THEY TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. On national TV. I guess I feel if that wasn’t enough, why would anything be enough? I just can’t see it. (Maybe because we have had the power to fix these things for decades and refused to use it. After that long, things don’t change.)

Trump may still win, but then another 4 years of “stolen presidency” will follow. Unless people are willing to REMOVE the media permanently (not dead, just gone), THIS WILL NOT END. I REPEAT, IF YOU LEAVE THE MEDIA, YOU LOSE. COMPLETELY. Now, do you believe we have anything above a zero chance. Yes, I’m emphatic and angry because for 40 years I have explained this and people blew it off. Now these people can live in hell, because head-in-the-sand is a great way to ruin one’s life. It may be harsh, but so is reality.

  28. Carlos Julio Casanova Guerra

OK, now you can have a discussion. Now I see why you told me that about the language. It wasn’t that Catholicism is a king of fascism in itself, as is SO commonly said nowadays, but that William is like that. Well, given the extension of the slander of which the Church is the victim, you can be forgiving of me not getting it right, due, also, to your lack of specification.

On the other hand, you say the Vatican lined up with facist regimes in Croatia, Italy and Spain. I’m not qualified to talk about Croatia, so, I only say Stepinac is very defamed, very unjustly, for what I’ve heard.

Italy. People need to understand the possition of Pius IX. The Church is universal and, in the places where governments aren’t Catholic, She has to achieve a modus vivendi, “a way of living”. ESPECIALLY, in countries that She formed, in which Catholics are the majority and that have non-Catholic rulers, even when these rulers seem to acknowledge the place of the Church… And Italy is soecial, since it’s theplace if the Papacy, the universal government of the Church, and it robbed the roman territories a few decades earluer. So, a very complex situation, that CANNOT be described as an endirsement of facism.

Spain. There was the project of the soviet republic of Spain; and the commies were committing all types of atrocities. Killed more than 10 thousand priests, monks and nuns, for pure hatred and unprovoked. Franco was a Catholic and a patriot. The so called republicans were traitors and were in contact with Stalin and were aided by England, France and the US. Look up Herbert Matthews, the NYT reporter, a rwal piece of s… work… So, saying that Franco was a fascist and that the Church was behind a fascist regime in Spain is a HUGE misrepresentation. So, there you go.

Finally, the thing about William. I’m a Catholic, I try to have a universal mind, I try to study all the time, I did my masters in philosophy in a secular university (later, I took a Catholic institution, but the one I love is my Universidad Simón Bolívar….). It’s hard to find good sites in the internet, I find that William is a Catholic man in the same sense, maybe, I’m wrong, but I don’t think so. If I suspected the situation were different, I would migrate…

So, excuse me if I snapped, I tried to explain why, and our disagreements now are very well defined. PERFECT. It was a pleassure!!!!!!

    Lee Phillips:

“It doesn’t matter to me whether we wind up the the government that seems to be what Briggs wants, a proto-fascist Catholic theocracy, or the Kingdon of Wokeness that soon-to-be President Harris is itching to institute. Either one would be a regime that someone like me would be obligated to hide from, or fight. Neither would tolerate free expression; both would aspire to thought control.”

Since Briggs’ proto-fascist Catholic theocracy hasn’t a snowman’s chance in Hades of coming about at the present moment, but Lefty’s Kingdom of Wokeness is battering hard at the gates, it would be expedient for you and your cohort to join with us in repelling the immanent leftist threat. No, don’t argue, just take this AR-15 and report to sector 37B. Or, if you prefer this .50 cal machine gun, but you need to be in shape to man it. There’s also this automatic fart atomizer. The AFA is silent, but deadly.

Lee, once we have the leftists neutralized we can resume our intramural arguing. If Briggs carries the day he’ll send all the damned Lutherans, like me, to the stake. I like steak, but if my Lutheran insurgents win we’re instituting Lutheran Nice Fascism, and all dissenters will be deprived of jello dessert. And maybe, Lee, your faction of classical liberals will come out on top and institute bleeding heart struggle sessions. That’s not the worst that could happen.

So listen up, men, give Lee Phillips a break; he’s on our side, for now. He’s just a bit cranky, like we all are. Welcome, sir.

  32. My preferred weapon is the fatal joke, as described by Monty Python.

“bleeding heart struggle sessions”? Not my kind of classical Liberals.

  33. Dean Ericson

That’s right, the bleeding heart stuff isn’t old school. And the Fatal Joke is an excellent weapon. We all here, or, most of us, used to be classical liberals, so we know where you’re coming from. That’s cool.

  34. Briggs

    ALL,

MANY COMMENTS BEING EATEN BY SPAM. LOOKING INTO IT. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

  35. Dean Ericson

Puh. Spam… right. Some kind of Catholic fascist conspiracy, if you ask me.

  36. Carlos:

I’m working very hard to learn Spanish these days, so I know how easy it is to miss the meaning of something that is not in your native language.

    Carlos Julio Casanova Guerra:

”I find that William is a Catholic man in the same sense, maybe, I’m wrong, but I don’t think so. If I suspected the situation were different, I would migrate…”

Briggs is an inflexible Catholic monster. You’ve come to the right place.

This woman is a delusional dingbat. Slightly more entertaining than your garden variety Democrat (i.e. all the other bobbing heads to her nonsense).

“Slate has posted an editorial calling for the arrest and imprisonment of Stephen Miller”

Hmmm. I wonder what made Julius to cross the Rubicon? Anyway, time always finds the man. Nature abhors a vacuum, and ~70mil is an underutilized base waiting to be used. By a David who will have his Joab. This does not
imply that the “David” will be what anyone would wish, but I do not think that the toothpaste will gently go back into the tube…

The one language THEY do understand is high speed lead. Please apply it accurately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luckily, the Trump team and DOJ have their lists, too—unsealed indictments.

The left did indeed tell us exactly what they were going to do. Could not have been more open or brazen, really. So breathtakingly brazen that it sounded just as unbelievable.

I do agree it should have all been taken seriously though. I don’t think even Trump took it as seriously as he should have.

Election fraud has gone on since the beginning of American history to one degree or another, secretively or openly….but to this magnitude? Virtually inconceivable to most ordinary Americans, I have no doubt.

This is pure evil, married to ignorance and stupidity.

I use a third-party photo hosting site – Imgur – to post photos on an internet hobby forum. You all should take a gander at it, to view a sort of snapshot of what young adults in this country are thinking. Imgur is, more than anything else, a meme generator. It’s illustrations of the liberal, college age mindset are terribly depressing. They literally think no further then Trump=evil, Biden=good. Masks=good, no masks=evil. Pop culture elites are our betters. There’s far more, but the overriding theme is that it’s all so smug, so condescending….yet in reality they are functional illiterates when it comes to history, politics and culture.

*sigh* I’m rambling now, but this is our world now, and as I view it, even as I acknowledge and gain understanding……it’s so hard to get beyond being incredulous and looking away…..

Re the Trump Accountability Project, they have an email address in case you want to sign up to be on their hate list. This seems like the best way to deal with stuff like this. Fifty percent of the country is eligible – I don’t think they can take us all out. Might be some money in it, too, if there is a class-action lawsuit.

The pendulum will continue to swing. The Republican party will be the working class party within a generation, we can see it already. Whether Trump won or not, he didn’t deserve to win because he blew his chance with COVID. He is the great persuader and somehow he couldn’t close the deal on COVID the way he did on other issues. I know, I know, it’s “the media,” it’s their fault, nothing he could have done would have changed their view on him, their attacks, etc. But the media does the same thing to him with all issues, and the majority were in support of him despite the media, on issues like the economy, foreign relations, etc. I’m not saying his COVID policies were bad…it has nothing to do with his actual policies, it has everything to do with peoples’ beliefs. I believe COVID is a serious issue but has been overblown and catastrophically mis-handled, like probably many of you here. But Trump wasn’t just president for people who believe as I (we) do, he’s also the president of the terrified people thinking we are in the midst of an apocalyptic plague. His job was to win everyone over, or at least most, and he failed at that, miserably. He could have won despite whatever amount of fraud they’ve succeeded in pulling off.

  45. Chicolini

I’m a Trump voter and I’m not scared at all.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

    Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn

    The Gulag Archipelago

I and I’m sure many other Trump supporters have more effective means of self defense at hand than axes, hammers and pokers.

I’ll be disappointed if I am not on the list. That just would mean that I haven’t tried hard enough.
