The bill, known as the “Equality Act,” would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other civil rights laws to include sexual orientation and gender identity as protected characteristics.
As predicted, the House voted for this evil and pernicious Act, which they will now use as a propaganda point in 2020. This presumes either the Senate kills it or Trump vetoes it. Eight Republicans cucked out on this, so don’t count it out completely.
If it did pass, which is not likely in near term, Reality itself would become illegal. Necrophilia would be a protected class. Mandatory Insanity would be the Law of the Land.
And to think, when the Chastisement comes, many will say, “What did we do to deserve this?”

Government school officials in California think it is “really important” to teach children about pedophilia and pederasty in the classroom because it is a “sexual orientation.” That is according to a top official for California’s Brea Olinda School District, who admitted to parents that it was being done — and that it would continue, despite the outrage…
The stunning admission came after a parent-information meeting last month for the Brea Olinda Unified School District (BOUSD). Stephanie Yates, founder of Informed Parents of California, asked school officials why they were “teaching pedophilia in school to 9th graders.” But instead of a denial that such an atrocity was taking place, a top school official confirmed it was happening and acted like there was nothing wrong with it.
“This is done because we are talking about historical perspectives of how gender relations and different types of sexual orientations have existed in history,” said BOUSD Assistant Superintendent of Curricula Kerrie Torres in a matter-of-fact way, sounding almost oblivious to how the bombshell might sound to normal people.

Regular readers know that once you open the door to “sexual orientation”, you must inevitably classify any perversion as an “orientation” once the number of people who engage it reach a sufficient level. Rather, once their cause reaches a sufficient publicity.

While some companies are taking steps themselves to improve their diversity, advocates for the bill say Illinois companies need an extra push to add new faces, experiences and backgrounds to weigh in on matters like a company’s strategic direction, senior leadership and finances.
Notice the phrase “improve their diversity”? As if Diversity is a worthy goal in an of itself. Imagine you’re the black guy newly appointed to Widgets Inc. after this law passes. How’s that make you feel? I’d wager the best man, or woman, would hesitate, and might even turn the position down. Who’d want to see the looks and hear the whispers? It would cause even the best man to suspect dissension when none was there.
Diversity is our weakness and Equality always, absolutely always, leads to mandatory quotas.

Don’t know the specifics about the director requirement law, but it could be pretty toothless – (1) you can have as many directors as you like, so even if 3 are token, 3 out of 9 (or 12) means nothing, and (2) directors do not have to be paid a dime.
