Merry Federal Holiday Of December 25th That Shall Remain Nameless!

Here’s proof that the unnameable Day’s—a.k.a. “holiday”, a.k.a. “holidays”, a.k.a. (rare) “holy day”—spirit is in all of us. Plus sure evidence that Shakespeare was right (yet again).

One grand lady is able to dance and even provide a modified version of jazz hands while still grabbing onto to her oxygen-carrying walker.

Note, too, the efforts of the lone man as he attempts to appear like a random shopper.

Also, thanks for coming by. This blog would be nothing without you and I am very grateful.

Merry Christmas!

  1. Bob Zimmerman has a show on XM and had a very good Christmas show. Even told the Christmas story. All for that holiday who’s name shall not be mentioned.

    Happy Solstice?

    Merry Christmas.

  2. And all the best to you and yours from Down Under where sadly just one early morning (c. 3.00 am) has been sufficently cloud free to enjoy the beauty of Comet Lovejoy.

Hopefully on November 14 next, the clouds will not be around at 5.00 am wehen we attempt to behold the total eclipse of the sun in North Queensland. Of course the world wraps on on December 22 so what the hell!

  3. Thanks, Bruce, for that treat. And Merry Christmas to all Briggandians, everywhere. Since this is the year I succumbed to facebook in order to stay in touch with my grandkids, this video from last year still seems fitting.

  4. I just don’t get these white, middle class senior citizen flash mobs. Don’t they realize they could show up at a 7-11 and steal all the adult diapers and geritol they want? Isn’t that the purpose of flash mobs???

  5. @ GWTB:
Too easy! Where’s the challenge in that? It’s more fun to flash-perform in a Target and distract store security whilst cohorts make-off with carts from the parking lot. We get $2 apiece for them on Craigslist. Eureka! It’s like found money.

    Happy New Year
