I wear skirts to work. But I hear you on the shower thing. We are currently renting an apartment unit that, for some absurd reason, has the shower heads positioned below the average male height. And the bathtub is usefull only as someplace to put your bent legs in, or part of your torso? not too useful when the overflow catch is a mere ten inches off the bottom. That kind of tub would be perfect for a kid's bathroom. Why it's in an area for adults is beyond me. Also, UM's non-resident tuition is like 6x higher than in-state, so get your kid off-campus housing ASAP and stop claiming him on your taxes. You'll be able to get him in-state status within a year or so. Oregon,

So, I'm reading the STA 282 text you have posted on this site, and thoroughly enjoying I might add.... Until I hit page 29, when you are discussing a Bayesian problem about army recruits "who come form a deprived upbringing, or regious with little access to technology (like Ohio)..." I could not figure, for the life of me, why you would disparage myself and other fine Ohioans, until I read your resume. Apparently the "Michigan Inferiority Complex (MIC)" has spread outside Ann Arbor and into the Directionals..... The only reason I could think of why this disease would spread was....global warming. I mean, Al Gore nailed it, right? Plague and pestulance...everywhere! I guess the Michigan Inferiority Complex is funnelling throughout the entire state and all who contract direct their new found resentment towards us, genetically superior (not to mention in football acumen) Ohioans. All joking aside, loving the book, and soooooo much better to read than the countless "Statistics for Engineers and Scientists" books I've been subjected to.
